  10.  CDN operates in several different networks but uses two primarily:
  11.     Family Net International (FNI)    &     FidoNet International
  12.  
  13.  In each of the networks, the  CDN operates as individual nodes within the 
  14.  nodelists.    Most  networks allow the User flag "CDN"  on  the  system's 
  15.  nodelist entry  so  participants can be located by searching the nodelist 
  16.  for that series of characters.

  20.  The enclosed CDN_POL.DOC  is  the  current  policy  document.    Each new 
  21.  participant  must  state  his/her  agreement  with  this  policy  on  the 
  22.  CDN_REG.FRM before acceptance as a MEMBER of the CDN.

  24.  Be sure to read the enclosed POLLINFO.TXT file for more information about 
  25.  how to  link  into  the CDN.   You will need to advise  your  Host of the 
  26.  information that is requested in this file.
